Space + Facilities

Space Designed for What You’re Building

Innovation requires more than a desk.

NMIH brings together the different environments technology companies need as they move from idea to prototype to production: private offices, coworking, wet and dry labs, flex labs, fabrication and prototyping, high-bay and light-industrial space, meeting rooms and future training facilities.

Whether you’re starting a company, commercializing research, relocating to New Mexico or looking for room to grow, NMIH can help you find the right place to build.
