NMIH’s campus strategy starts with what already exists.

Since launching in January 2026 the Hub has leased 70,000 square feet of vacant buildings on the old College of Santa Fe campus to provide a foundation for offices, research, training, manufacturing, and collaboration at Santa Fe Midtown.

The next phase expands that foundation with purpose-built flex labs, offices, convening spaces and residences designed around the needs of innovators and growing companies.

It is a practical approach to innovation infrastructure: activate what New Mexico needs now while building capacity for the opportunities ahead.
